WRITE DOWN THE BLOCK-

Within a couple steps of the apartment we founded Reason out of, and only a few blocks away from our new headquarters, some of our good friends have recently unveiled their own entrepreneurial endeavors.

On 10th street, housed in the former Studio B space, we have the Blind Barber.

By day, it’s a old style barber shop complete with vintage furnishings and team of skilled barbers. I got my first cut here this week and the experience was great. Every cut even comes with a complimentary cocktail.

At night, behind these discreet unmarked doors, the place turns into a mecca for lower east side hipster debauchery.

After that we headed down to Whitmans on 9th street for some fresh burgers and fries.

The food was delicious. We ate is so fast I forgot to get a picture, but for five bucks, I’ll probably be back on a daily basis. Go check out Whitmans asap.
