Bought for my daughter, was very surprised at the quality, thick well made, face is excellent as shown on ad, but my favorite is the letters are done with the puffy soft words.would buy from them again. Arrived on time package was sealed to protect product.nice pockets and hood is deep to protect from wind and snow in the winter. Zipper works fine.
