ART PARTY-

Last week I had the opportunity to escape the frigid streets of NY and fly south for a few days for the annual Art Basel convention in Miami, Florida.

Art Basel has become THE go-to place for artists and galleries from around the world to showcase and sell their works, as well as gauge and track the current and upcoming trends in the art world. Like any happening involving the sexy world of art nowadays Art Basel has also turned into a pilgrimage of sorts for coolguys, beautiful women, and the media and press.

This being my first time at Basel I had no idea what to expect except hopefully a couple frozen drinks by the pool so lets walk through this together-

First night-
Westway NYC transported to the Shore Club. Not kidding. Literally everyone, from the door girl to the entire crowd was transplanted from New York.

Afterwards headed down to LIV, the best nightclub in the country, located in what actually used to be the ice skating rink of the Fountainebleu Hotel.

Bumped into the homie Wale outside doing some interviews. I showed Price this photo and he said his girl looks more like his mom. Ouch.

MY EARS ARE STILL RINGING.

Bumped into Mark on the way back to the hotel. Question: how come the only people who pull up their shirts when I tell them to do something crazy for the camera are overweight bald dudes?
