The 180g concept shop in Paris is one of the more unique custom tailoring and dying stores around. Now approaching their one year anniversary the store sells high quality products like cashmere sweaters and scarves, ringspun cotton tshirts, and waxed cotton blazers, and offers customers the option of custom dying their garments one of many available colors. 180g is also participating in a running collaboration with Nike Sportswear in which they allow customers to custom dye their Tennis Classic, Air Flytop, and Flash models.

The owner showed us around the store and gave us the insiders scoop into his operation which he proudly boasts was a concept for eight years before opening last October.

He also does these paintings of the iconic Kubrick silhouette with famous city skylines filling the figures.

On the other side of town in a totally different genre of retail is the Shakespeare and Co. bookstore. The historic store is located across the street from the Notre Dame. Their flip on your local Barnes and Noble is that they allow visitors to sleep upstairs free of charge provided they read one book per day.
