NEW YORK CITY 2010 SNOWPOCALYPSE BLIZZARD PHOTOS

We woke up to the 5th largest snowstorm in New York City history today. I had to have the building attendant come shovel a path for half an hour just so I could walk out of the front door to take these shots and grab a cup of coffee.

This was the scene on the intersection of Clinton and Houston Street in the Lower East Side. Treacherous.

No cars just clouds of snow and 40 mile an hour winds.

Good samaritans? Hardly. These dudes are out here getting serious money, one guy told me he’ll easily be making upwards of $500 today shoveling out desperate motorists.

No one was rushing to help shovel these guys out though.
